Holiday Arts Carnival Procession (1978)

This holiday arts procession is on its way from the holiday arts puppet workshop into the centre of Madeley. In the workshop, doll, stick and tin-can puppets, giant heads and carnival masks were constructed, tested out and brought to life in imaginative and dramatic situations. Spontaneous events like this sometimes followed, accompanied by music and songs and long winding crocodile like monsters held aloft on poles.
