In this devised play, the Malinslee Drama Group take a critical look at health facilities both locally and nationally. They set out to show the many ways in which money has compromised the ideals of a free NHS. The idea emerged at a time when there was no doctor on the Malinslee Estate and when the nearest hospital was fifteen miles away in Shrewsbury. Over the years, the Malinslee Drama Group devised over ten shows and performed them all over Telford, at conferences and festivals and in Birmingham.
The TCA workers in this project were Cathy Mackerras and Gray Woodruff
